Abstract

This work presents a historical and theoretical journey around the emerging literacies concept in te digital contexts. Culminates with the approach of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) as a theoretical affiliation and observation perspective by Digital Culture. The propose was built from literature review on the concepts of information literacy, digital literacy and MIL. The objective was to subsidize new approaches for online and qualitative researches with people in digital inclusion programs. In the discussion it is expected built a conceptual frame in the sense that the literacies be considered a concious process of appropriation of cyberaspace, in a dynamic, collaborative and continuous posture of learning
