Abstract

This essay discuss the use of information by the organizations in order to build an enterprise competitive strategy. It is essential for global competitiveness that the company analyze the dynamic of the business environment that will help to identify opportunities, threats and risks for their products and services. When considering the external environment, the organization should focus primarily on what are the users-needs and demands for products and services. Currently, with easier access to information, companies should focus the business strategy based on the organization of the information available on the social networks. The technique is the monitoring of the social media to support the decision making process
