Abstract

This article addresses the relationship between information literacy, access to information and misinformation about sexual and reproductive rights. The objective was to map productions that relate information literacy to these rights and discuss their importance. The methodology used is descriptive, with a qualitative approach and non-exhaustive bibliographical design. Bibliographical surveys were carried out in databases using the terms information literacy, disinformation and access to information related to sexual and reproductive rights, resulting in the selection of 13 texts that made up the corpus of analysis. The results indicate that there is a gap in publications on this topic, highlighting the need for more research in this area. It is concluded that information literacy plays a crucial role in accessing information about sexual and reproductive rights, being fundamental for promoting equality and awareness in this context.
