Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the contributions of knowledge management to production of didactic material in EaD, specifically in the Review Sector of SEDIS / UFRN. In order to reach this objective, we sought to characterize the profile of the actors involved in the revision of the teaching material in SEDIS / UFRN, as well as to describe the stages in the production of didactic material in EaD, and also to relate knowledge management based on the model SECA of Nonaka and Takeuchi, with the EaD. The exploratory, descriptive and case study method was used with quantitative and qualitative approach; with a structured questionnaire with open and closed questions, answered by nine employees of the Review sector. The analyzes showed that there seems to be a more consolidated work on socialization (shared knowledge) and internalization (operational knowledge). The need for maturation in terms of combination (systemic knowledge) and externalization (conceptual knowledge) was perceptible. Thus, it is concluded that the subjects evidenced to have knowledge and are available to share the construction of mechanisms that consolidate the knowledge management.
