Abstract

Culture and information are mixed as inseparable elements in the dynamic context of organizations. From this perspective, few studies have been presented in the literature regarding the exploration of the nuances and facets which are among the peculiarities of these two elements. To this end this article, bibliographical and exploratory, aims to present a theoretical approach to the interface between information and culture in organizations. The study reveals that information and culture are seen as a whole or core determinant of management models. Try to express the interface between information and organizational culture is at the same time, it is a huge fabric and meanings and representations that pervade complex, guide and direct the whole life of an organization.
