Abstract
Evaluating the performance of information makes it possible to achieve improvements and generate learning for organizations. In this article, the objective is to analyze the panorama of the scientific publications on evaluation of information performance, in the LISA database. Regarding the methodological procedures, it is an exploratory and descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, in which the bibliographic research and the intervention instrument called ProKnow-C were used. As a result, a panorama of evaluation of the performance of the information oriented to the context of the libraries, mainly in the digital space, was found, involving the information needs; recovery, access and use. It was concluded that the evaluation of information performance is a field to be explored, both in libraries and in other environments that use information as raw material, thus enabling improvements to be achieved and generating learning for the manager and for the organization.
