Abstract

The objective of this research is to represent the organizational memory considering the flows of information. This is an exploratory descriptive research, since it searched in the literature the already existing models of organizational memory, considering the processes, structure and content. As a result, five models were retrieved and, after analyzing them, we propose a new model considering that the information flows have relevance to represent the organizational memory, assuming that the adequate management of the information flow can contribute to the dynamicity of the organizational memory system.
